  • Trained in evidence-based approaches like CBT, EFT, Gottman, Imago, IFS, EMDR, etc.

It just seems right. A W2 employee maintains an ongoing relationship with an employer who provides them tools, administrative support, & scheduled compensation. A 1099 contractor is responsible for do things on their own, like self-marketing, procuring their own clients, and paying self-employment tax.

Our therapists share space, resources, & insights without getting in each other’s way. Therapists follow our practice policies, use the systems in place, & manage your caseload. In return, we handle all the behind-the-scenes support like credentialing, referrals, billing, marketing & other day-to-day operations—no hustling for clients, no chasing payments, no juggling multiple roles. Just the support you need to focus on the work that matters.

Simplified Pay & Taxes

We’re committed to transparent & predictable pay and proudly offer unemployment protection, and access to benefits like paid leave and healthcare contributions. Some companies may boast higher commission rates, but their therapists end up paying more in employment tax—over 7.5% more. Instead, we cover that cost and coordinate your tax withholdings each paycheck—so there’s no cashflow stress or surprise tax bills. Just steady income & peace of mind when tax season rolls around.
