WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly organized & personable Client Care Coordinator to support the intake process and client experience at Campbell Therapy. As a key member of our administrative team, this role relies on excellent communication skills and consistent follow-through. The Client Care Coordinator serves as a bridge between prospective clients and our clinical team, helping create a positive and seamless client experience from the very first interaction. This role also assists with maintaining an organized work environment and supporting the day-to-day needs of the practice.
