WHAT WE TREAT
Therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships & more
Our clinicians are trained in a wide range of concerns. Every care plan is personalized — no cookie-cutter support.
-
ANXIETY MAKES IT HARD TO FEEL AT EASE AND DEPRESSION CAN FEEL LIKE AN ENDLESS UPHILL CLIMB.
Mood disorders like anxiety and depression can make daily life feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected. Therapy provides a supportive space to understand what's contributing to your symptoms and develop effective coping strategies. Using evidence-based approaches, we help reduce emotional distress, strengthen resilience, and improve overall well-being. Our goal is to help you regain confidence, clarity, and a greater sense of balance. Healing is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone.
-
RELATIONSHIPS ARE HARD AND TAKE WORK—ESPECIALLY THE GOOD ONES.
Even strong relationships go through difficult seasons. Common factors like life stress, miscommunication, unresolved conflict, betrayal or simply feeling unseen or unheard can create distance over time. In therapy, we help folks explore their relationship and better understand the patterns keeping them stuck. We provide tools for healthier communication, deeper emotional connection, and repairing. With the right support, many people find they can strengthen their relationships and feel more understood and supported by the people who matter most.
-
TRAUMA CHANGES HOW THE BRAIN RESPONDS TO STRESS AND CAN KEEP THE NERVOUS SYSTEM ON HIGH ALERT.
After trauma, your mind and body may remain stuck in survival mode. You might feel constantly on edge, easily triggered, or overwhelmed by intrusive memories and physical reactions that seem to come out of nowhere. Relationships that once felt steady can begin to feel lonely or fragile. In therapy, we create a safe and supportive space to gently process what you’ve been through and help your nervous system begin to settle. Over time, many people find they can move through the world with greater steadiness and a renewed sense of safety.
-
GRIEF IS HARD TO DESCRIBE. IT DOESN’T FOLLOW A TIMELINE. IT SHOWS UP WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT. AND IT LOOKS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE.
Loss can bring waves of emotion—sadness, anger, confusion, numbness, or even moments of peace and gratitude. Grief rarely moves in a straight line, and it often resurfaces long after others expect you to be “better.” In therapy, we create space for you to process your loss at your own pace and make sense of the emotions that come with it. With support, many people find they can carry their grief with greater gentleness, reconnect with life in meaningful ways, and begin to imagine a hopeful future.
-
BIG LIFE CHANGES—EXPECTED OR NOT—CAN BRING STRESS, UNCERTAINTY, AND SELF-DOUBT.
Some life transitions are part of the plan—like heading off to college, becoming a parent, or landing that dream job. Others arrive unexpectedly and can feel much harder to navigate. You might be facing divorce, a difficult diagnosis, or the loss of something you once hoped for. Adjusting to change usually takes longer than people expect. In therapy, we create space to process what’s changing and support you through the emotions that come with it. With the right support, it’s possible to adapt to stressful transitions and create a new normal.
-
DISORDERED EATING IS ABOUT MORE THAN FOOD, WEIGHT & BODY IMAGE—IT’S ABOUT HOW WE CARE FOR AND COMFORT OURSELVES DURING TIMES OF STRESS.
Disordered eating often develops quietly and can hide behind rigid rules, secretive behaviors, or even habits that appear “healthy” on the surface. Over time, these patterns can take a toll on both physical and emotional wellbeing. In therapy, we explore the deeper factors connected to disordered eating and work toward building a more compassionate, balanced relationship with food and your body. With support, many people begin to experience greater freedom, self-trust, and peace in how they nourish and care for themselves.
The ultimate goal of therapy is to help clients become more autonomous, more self-aware, and more capable of growth.
